16 years after meeting at Oakland's Oliveto Restaurant and a 10 year break from restaurants, Joel Bleskacek and Maxine Siu decided to take their shared love for food and wine a step further. In April 2010, they stumbled upon a modest space in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood and opened Plow.
Plow focuses on seasonal, sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors. The menu changes regularly to reflect what's fresh and available, ensuring that every dish showcases the best of California's bounty.
From our house-made granola to our locally-roasted Equator coffee, every element of the Plow experience is carefully considered. We're proud to be part of the vibrant Potrero Hill community and look forward to serving you.
